Alicia is a licensed pediatric speech-language pathologist with over 23 years experience with the 0-5 population in a variety of treatment settings. Her experience includes treating a range of early communication disorders including phonological disorders, childhood apraxia of speech and language disorders with children on the Autism Spectrum and with children with Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Delays. Alicia currently works as a school-based SLP but has also worked in private practice as well as in-home settings. She provides supervision for licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as well as SLPA students.
Cherie is a licensed pediatric speech-language pathologist with 7 years experience, working with children 0-14 years of age. Her experience includes treating a range of early communication disorders and delays including childhood apraxia of speech and language disorders with children on the Autism Spectrum and children with Down Syndrome and Developmental Delays. Cherie has worked in a variety of settings including working as a school-based SLP, providing early intervention speech and language services in-home as well as clinic based services. Cherie provides training to Early Intervention Specialists and supervises Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.

Alicia is a wife and a mother to three teenagers, ages 15, 19 and 21. Alicia enjoys fitness, creating printables for her Etsy shop, hiking and being outdoors with her family and friends. Her favorite place to vacation is Lake Tahoe in summertime5
Cherie has been married for 31 years and is a mother of two children ages 20 and 21. Her favorite moments are those spent with family and friends. She enjoys reading, photo projects and being outdoors. Her dream day is a day spent on the beach with family.
